The transformation of a dated music venue into a contemporary high street pub/restaurant launched the first of a new concept for our client. The seven week schedule involved the use of specialist sub-contractors to incorporate feature lighting, zinc and granite bar and cloakroom fittings. The resulting project was completed on time and within the £750,000 budget.
